AZSL PRO TRAINING METHODOLOGY

BUILDING CHAMPIONS ON AND OFF THE PITCH

Focusing on maximizing ball touches and improving efficiency on the field. Sessions are tailored to each player’s age, ability, and position, with a focus on setting and achieving goals. We simulate game-like scenarios to mentally challenge players and help them reach their full potential.

Max 16 players per session (8 per coach)

Our strict small group limit ensures every player stays actively involved, gets meaningful touches on the ball, and receives consistent attention from coaches. This format creates a high-energy, focused training environment built for development.

Balanced groups for better learning

Players are grouped by both age and skill level, so they train with others at a similar pace. This minimizes mismatches, reduces frustration, and allows for appropriately challenging sessions that keep everyone engaged and growing.

Individual Focus in a Group Setting

With only 8 players per coach, athletes benefit from detailed coaching, personal corrections, and targeted feedback—something that’s often missing in larger team or club settings. Every player gets seen, heard, and supported.

Private Training Model Advantage

We follow our proven private training structure, emphasizing lots of quality touches, repeated skill work, and focused technique development. It’s a step above typical club training—more personal, more technical, and more effective.
